This section is dedicated to vignettes, exhibition labels, and commemorative sheets that were not used for standard postage but hold great historical and philatelic value. Currently, you can explore my extensive collections from Russia, with more countries to be added in the future.

Most of them except are local issues of the branches of All-Union philatelic society (VOF) devoted to regional philatelic exhibition.
These items were never valid for postage and have been issued especially for collectors as souvenirs only.
